Delivery Policy

Everything sold on kriyum.com is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges. This page explains how and when each purchase reaches you.

  1. 1.App plans, combos and credit packs

    Delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed: the plan or credits are added to your Kriyum account, and the app opens from your account with the same sign-in. You will see it on the confirmation page and in Account → Subscriptions.

  2. 2.Domain names

    Registered within minutes of your payment, usually within one minute, and in any case within 24 hours. The order page shows Registering and then Registered. If a domain cannot be registered, you are refunded in full automatically.

  3. 3.Where it is delivered

    To your Kriyum account at kriyum.com, available wherever you sign in. Your tax invoice is available in Account → Invoices.

  4. 4.If something does not arrive

    If a purchase is not in your account within 24 hours of payment, contact us at compliance@dezynum.com or +91 88820 82228 with your order number. We will deliver it or refund it in full.
